| Identification: | Largest of the species of Lamprocystis, with rapidly expanding whorls. Difficult to distinguish from L. upolensis, although a lamella, absent in L. perpolita, may be visible on the columella of L. upolensis. |

| Identification: | Smallest of the species of Lamprocystis; much less flat. |
